Define Personal Pay?
Personal Pay is the additional pay granted to government servant to save him from a loss of substantive pay in respect of a permanent post other than a tenure post due to
(i) Revision of pay or;
(ii) to any reduction of such pay otherwise than as a disciplinary measure or;
(iii) on other personal consideration.
