Define Pay?
Ans. Pay means the amount drawn monthly by a Government servant as basic pay in a particular Level (Pay in the Pay Matrix) attached to the post held by him.
* Pay includes substantive pay, special pay, personal pay and other emoluments specially classed as pay.
